Founded on ancient Maya techniques, this amazing therapy supports the healing of pelvic pain and many digestive, abdominal, fertility and reproductive problems and health conditions.
It is a therapy which works on the lower and upper abdominal area, the back and sacrum, in order to detox and decongest the whole pelvic and abdominal area into optimum condition and alignment. It also works on fascia, ligaments and muscles in these areas.
Deep tissue massage is ideal for relieving muscular tightness, stress and tension. Sports massage is designed to assist in correcting problems and imbalances in soft tissue that are caused from repetitive and strenuous physical activity and trauma. The application of sports massage, prior to and after exercise may enhance performance, aid recovery, improve flexibility and help prevent injury.
Benefits of pregnancy massage include tranquil relaxation and reduce stress, relief from muscle cramps, spasms, and myofascial pain, especially in the lower back, neck, hips, and legs. Increase in blood and lymph circulation, which can reduce swelling. Reduces stress on weight-bearing joints.
